Employee Giving
Through our Employee Giving portal, employees have the ability to make donations to the Hope Fund via check, credit card, ongoing payroll, and one-time payroll by visiting www.easygive.com/hcahope.
To stop or change any ongoing payroll deduction, please go the Employee Giving portal at www.easygive.com/hcahope and edit your pledge. It may take up to two weeks for these requests to be processed. You may also stop or change your ongoing payroll deduction by clicking this Stop/Change Form. Once completed please fax to the number on the bottom of the form.
